Kim Caffiero

Amidst the ever-changing entertainment and television industry, one thing remains constant: the passion Kim Caffiero feels about the business. Like most, she started in an entry-level position as a receptionist, fielding calls and typing 1" spine labels on a typewriter one label at a time. Gradually, she made her way into operations and scheduling, and the rest is history!

Kim is a master of making sure the needs of clients are attended to, pressing deadlines are hit on time and on budget and complex schedule coordination is kept under control.

She has worked with many great clients on exciting jobs over the years – some highlights are:

A&E Network launch, USA Network launch, Pee Wee's Playhouse, Def Jam Records launch, Voom- launch, Gerswhin Prize, Celebrity Apprentice and Ghost Adventures.

In her down time, Kim loves to go to the beach or attend to her garden.
